Pricing & Payment Schedule
Auto-Pay & Monthly Billing
Monthly draft to the card or bank account on file on the ___ of each month. The annual membership total is split into 12 equal monthly installments billed January through December.
Cancel Anytime
Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — even mid-season — no cancellation fee, no early-termination penalty. Services already performed during the current month are non-refundable; future drafts stop.
Priority Scheduling
Member yards go to the front of the route in spring and after storms; priority add-ons scheduled the same week you ask.
Weather, Skip, & Rescheduling
Service may be rescheduled for weather; we make reasonable effort to keep your week. Skip a visit with 48 hours notice — no penalty, no auto-pay charge that week.
What's Not Bundled
Major landscape changes, deck repair, irrigation work, and similar project work are quoted separately. Heavy debris haul-off beyond normal cleanup is quoted separately.
Liability, Insurance & Hazards
Jarjus Lawn Care is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation heads, or items left in the lawn. Customer is responsible for notifying Jarjus Lawn Care of any known property hazards before service begins.
By signing below, the customer agrees to the annual membership terms above, including the 12-installment auto-pay schedule and the cancel-anytime-with-30-days-written-notice provision.
