Terms of Service

The terms and conditions under which Jarjus Lawn Care provides lawn care services.

Services

Licensed and insured lawn care serving Neoga, IL and the surrounding area — Mattoon, Charleston, Effingham, Shelbyville, and more. Our typical work includes:

  • Lawn mowing
  • Edging and trimming
  • Clipping cleanup
  • Leaf removal
  • Bush and shrub trimming
  • Mulching
  • Gutter cleaning

We service homes and properties within roughly 30 miles of Neoga, IL. If you are outside that range, reach out and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your job.

Estimates & scheduling

Estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in writing or verbally before any work begins. Service dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. Weather may delay work; rescheduling is at our discretion, and we will make reasonable effort to reschedule within the same service week.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: cash, check (payable to Jarjus Lawn Care), or Venmo. A $10 late fee may apply for invoices unpaid after 10 days.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel this agreement with 48 hours written or verbal notice. No penalty for cancellation with proper notice. Cancellations on the day of service may be charged a trip fee.

Liability & insurance

Jarjus Lawn Care is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation heads, or items left in the lawn. Customer is responsible for notifying Jarjus Lawn Care of any known property hazards before service begins.

Weather & rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Jarjus Lawn Care will make reasonable effort to reschedule within the same service week. If a longer delay is required, we will notify you as soon as the schedule is clear.

Changes to these terms

If we update these Terms of Service, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date at the top of the page. The version in effect at the time of your most recent engagement with us governs any ongoing or recurring agreement, unless you agree otherwise.
